Shipping Policy

At Frostide, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

We’ll send you another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We’re pleased to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
However, due to courier restrictions, we currently do not ship to:

  • Belarus
  • Brazil
  • China
  • Israel
  • Russia
  • Ukraine

Please note that certain remote areas or islands may not be serviceable.
We’re also unable to deliver to military bases or PO boxes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Frostide does not cover or control these additional costs.

Order Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@frostide.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund for the full order amount.

If there’s a mistake or something missing from your order, please reach out immediately so we can assist. Unfortunately, we’re unable to resolve issues reported more than 14 days after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, send us an email at contact@frostide.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review it and do our best to make things right.
